Who are we ?

RotherHaven Management is the company framework for interim management services provided by Simon Dallyn.

After a degree in Physics earned at Bristol Simon chose a career in Software and Telecoms.

After a technical start, he progressed through the project management route to business leader and in the last ten years has led many businesses (mainly in the Telco software area) with up to 1000 staff and turnover up to £100M.

He has been in a variety of business leadership positions, but always with responsibility for business strategy, product development, delivery and sales

He has now broadened his experience by taking on several interim assignments and working for a wide range of small startups and major corporates.
